Open Position: Kitchen Staff

Description:

Kitchen Staff - Prepare and serve cafeteria food, and maintains the cafeteria and dining area in sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all menu items using established policies and procedures.
Assures presentation of all items and sufficient quantities to satisfy volumes.
Provides services to students in a friendly and efficient manner.
Serves food in proper predetermined portion sizes and of correct serving temperature and quality.
Sets up, maintains and breaks down food service equipment, tables and serving counters.
Cleans cafeteria including serving area continually, and cleans cafeteria area before and after business hours.
